Garden Vegetable Starter Sauce

Soooo…. many amazing dishes start with Bea’s Garden Starter Sauce! It is an awesome soup base, a great omelet filler, and it is delicious tossed into penne pasta with a bit of olive oil. For an easy pizza, brush a pre-made pizza crust with olive oil, sprinkle a bit of shredded mozzarella on, cover with the sauce, and sprinkle with a bit more cheese. Yum!  Tomato, spinach, zucchini, green pepper, onion, spices, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
