Cherry Pie Filling

This is not a “canned” pie filling. Beginning with Montmorency cherries sourced from an orchard just up the road from our kitchen, we add just the right amount of sugar, and blend in corn starch to thicken it up. The result is a signature Door County, Wisconsin filling to make a signature Door County cherry pie that can’t be beat.

Bea’s cherry pie filling is made from tart Montmorency cherries, that we source from an orchard just up the road. Make a fabulous pie with it, fill a turnover, or spoon it over your ice cream!
