Jams and preserves are interchangable terms. Jams or preserves are each made from the entire fruit, while jelly is made from the extracted juice. Our jams and jellies are all made in small batches entirely by hand. The average batch only yields 12 to 15, 10 ounce  jars. We make over 70 varieties of jams and jellies, ranging from the common Strawberry Jam to the more unique Dandelion Jelly. Bea's Chopped Cherry, Cherry-Plum, and Door Delite jams have all won the "Wisconsin State Seal of Excellence" award.

Autumn Harvest:   Apples and cranberries.
Country Apple:   Apple with a hint of cinnamon.
Door County Medley:   Apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries.
Door Delight:   Apples, blackberries, rhubarb, raspberries.
Four Berry:   Blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries.
Holiday: (5oz. size is avail. Oct 1 - Dec 31 only, 10 & 15oz avail. always):   Cherries, cranberries, oranges, and spices.
Springtime:   Strawberries and mango.
Summertime:   Cherries, blueberries, peaches.

Bea's offers over 35 varieties of pickles and relishes. All of our pickles are hand-packed and registered with the FDA for quality assurance. Approximately 85% of our cucumbers are grown in Wisconsin. Our signature item is our Bread & Butter Pickles, which has been awarded the "Wisconsin State Seal of Excellence".

Specialty products are items that have been developed by, and are exclusive to, Bea's Ho-Made Products, Ltd. They include: Cherry Sauce and Plum Sauce, Tart Cherry Balsamic Dressing, Hot Bacon Dressing, Garden Starter Sauce, Cherry Balsamic and Blackberry Balsamic Sauces, and Cherry Pie Filling.

Our pie crust is made with lard, flour, salt, and water. Each crust is hand-rolled and each pie is crafted by hand. All of our pies are filled with fruit, sugar, and flour. The flour works to thicken the fruit juices released during baking. We have over 14 varieties of pies, including; cherry, 4-berry, strawberry rhubarb, and dutch apple. Pies are available in our bakery case throughout the summer, and are available frozen and unbaked all year. Pumpkin pies are available during the fall and winter holidays.

Need a pie after October? Call and give us 2 hours and we can have one baked fresh and ready for your table. Or better still, call the day before.

Throughout the better part of the year, we also have fresh-baked cookies in our case. We make most of our cookie dough from scratch. Varieties include; cherry chocolate chip, cherry oatmeal, peanut butter, molasses, choclolate chip, triple chocolate chunck, snickerdoodle, and white chocolate macadamia.

You asked for freshly brewed coffee to go with your morning pastry and we are making it happen! Bea's Ho-Made Products is working with Door County Coffee to bring you freshly brewed coffee!

Freshly brewed DC Coffee will be available on weekends May 18th - June 10th. Then, beginning June 15th, we will be brewing daily!
