Our Philosophy

While we have moved into the digital era by adding an online shopping option, we remain firmly rooted in the ideals we started with.

We still believe that we can provide the best product using the labor intensive and quality sensitive small batch/hand-pack method. We may not make the most, but we think, and our longtime customers agree, we make the best.

After 50 years, we are still a small family owned business. Bea spends time during the summer months in the family home. During her visits she spends time in the kitchen checking to make sure that everything is just as it should be.

Hours of operation:  Open 7 days a week from approximately may 20th to november 1st. After November 1st, we are closed on sundays. Hours do vary somewhat as Seasonal changes in traffic occur, so please feel free to call ahead! You may always be sure to find us open between the hours of 10a.m. and 3p.m..
